Killer Kousins Quake 2 clan

Clan Killer Kousins (KK) started in the summer of 2000 when cousins Kong and Sprout had just entered the gaming community. The only game both had was Quake II. In spring of 2000, they discovered multi-player and quickly became addicted to it. After awhile, Kong and Sprout felt it would be appropriate if they both wore a KK tag, standing for Killer Kousins. They didn’t claim to be a clan, only a team. Kong and Sprout played all the time.

Eventually, Sprout got his friends Parn and Vipera to join, followed by Sprout’s friend Slip and Kong’s friend Fulcrum. With many friends in, Team KK had enough people to become Clan KK. While KK still stands for Killer Kousins, it represents all members of the clan. Just as some friends refer to each other as “brothers”, we refer to each other as “kousins”.

Kong and Sprout became more and more addicted to games as the years went on, adding more games to their collection including the ever popular “Half-Life” and “Quake3.” We are now not only A Quake II Clan, but furthermore an overall FPS Clan. The goal of our clan is not to dominate all others, or to be number one. The goal of our clan is to have fun.

Killer Kousins clan: News

Well, I just wanted to bring it to all of your attention of what is going on with me. You all probably have heard that i am now in another clan, [AoHx]. Well before you freak out, no i did not leave you guys. I can still play with KK. I am just in Both now. It is against [AoHx] Rules to be in 2 clans at once, but I talked to the Leader of [AoHx] and it is ok. The reason i accpeted the Invitation to their clan was to better myself, see what the real “clan” life was like, and also to meet some new people. I don;t know how long i will be with them. So, basically I am doing this to get myself better, and to find out how to improve. I just thought i would bring this to your attention. -Sprout

In other news, I will probably begin construction on KK Website version 2.0 (sounds catchy doesn’t it). I’m going for more of a technoish look. Some sites I’m thinking of making it look like are the Call of the Force, Railwarz, and clan GO! sites. If anyone has other sites they know of that might be a good influence for 2.0 then let me know. -Kong
