Scott Kurtz has wanted to be a cartoonist since he was 9 years old. Although he created comics all throughout elementary school, high school and college, his work first appeared on the internet in 1998. Scott's earlier strips Wedlock and Samwise earned him his first (albeit small) online audiences and gained him notice in the computer gaming industry. PvP debuted on May 4th 1998 and has run ever since.
Kablooie! was formed as a Rocket Arena 2 team in the spring of 1998 by rackboy and Greblaja. The two, having been members together in Clan Phantasm years earlier, ran into each other on a Rocket Arena 2 server and thought it would be fun to form a team to compete in RA2.
ROKS started on March 26, 1998. We have had many wars, over 30 were played and we only lost 3. All of us have become the best of friends in the process. We have made many enemies in the Q2 world and made some valuable friends, and none of us regret doing so. So if any clan out there still has a problem with us, then please direct your browser to the NM website and click on challenge, we will be more then happy to kick your ass.
I pretty much play 1 game at a time, but when I do, I play it seriously, and play it hard! I am known worldwide as "Mr.Magoo" and can be found hanging out in irc.enterthegame.com channel #cLockwork with my clanmates and friends. I am currently one of the leaders of clan cLockwork. -Alex B.
