Addicted 2 WOD Clan Rules

These are the rules we play by:

• Join only if you intend to stay in the long term.
  

• All _A2W_ members are expected to treat each other with the proper respect at all times.
  

• With “_A2W_” on your name you are representing the clan. Any poor conduct on your behalf may be grounds for termination of your membership. Poor conduct includes foul language, taunts, etc.
  

• _A2W_ is a ‘bot-free’ clan. ANY _A2W_ MEMBER FOUND TO BE USING A BOT OF ANY KIND WILL BE TERMINATED FROM THE CLAN AND BE PERMANENTLY BANNED!
  
• You must be an active member. If it is determined that you are inactive for an excessive amount of time (30 days +), you will be contacted via E-Mail asking if you wish to remain a member, and to see if there is a problem that may be causing inactivity. You will be dropped only if you cannot or will not participate as a member. If you will be absent for a long period of time for some reason and you wish to retain your membership, simply contact clan leadership and let us know.

• No _A2W_ member is allowed to be in another Quake 2 clan while he/she is an active member.
  
• You must have a valid E-mail address at all times and be willing to accept mail regarding clan business. If you do not want our mail, then you are not A2W material and should resign. If you inform us that you don’t want the mail, we will immediately remove you from the roster.
  
• All members are asked to check the clan site on a regular basis for updates and other information. Message boards are considered part of the website.
  
• Clan members can wear any skin of their choice as long as it is not the skin of another clan.
  
• A2W members will not ‘name-share’. This means if your mom/dad/brother/ sister/husband/wife/cousin/uncle/friend/etc want to play, they will use their own name or apply to become an A2W member themselves.
  
• NEVER discuss Clan issues on a server. NEVER!!
  
• Clan recruiting will be done by a select few. If you have someone you think would be a good candidate for membership, contact _A2W_Big_O, _A2W_CruelDude_,  _A2W_DAMAGE_, or _A2W_FstFngrz.
  
• Members may leave the clan with no prior notice at any time. Please send clan leadership an email letting them know you are quitting (no reason why required).
  
• All _A2W_ members should remember Quake 2, Quake 3, RTCW, Counter-Strike and Unreal Tournament are  games, and the goal is to kick ass at them and have a good time doing it.
