Off-Topic — Mortal Kombat: Rayden vs. Goro in LIGHT & DARKNESS, written by Charles Marshall

"'Rayden? What brings the Thunder God to Goro's Lair?' 'An invitation for you to join those who are fighting on the side of the Light. They are training now, readying their bodies and spirits for the rigors of Mortal Kombat.'"

Kablooie! — Rocket Arena 3 Interviews with Senn and G1zm0

We here at Kablooie! would like to thank crt and the rest of the RA3 Team for letting us be part of the beta test. It has been a real honor and tons of fun! I have to say that everyone involved is very impressed with RA3 and the maps that have been made for it. The main thing I can say about the maps is there is a tremendous variety; wide ranges of visual styles, sizes, and gameplay. I have never been a big fan of 1 on 1 maps, but there are some real gems in RA3. All of the pick-up maps are outstanding and each offers a different kind of gameplay. Rather than post screenshots and talk about each individual map, I've decided to focus on one set of maps and its mapper in these interviews of Senn and g1zm0.

OZQuake Challenge AU: The Art of Instagib

So you've discovered the Insta-Gib mod huh? You've got your rail gun slung and ready to go, you've got an IP or two where you can be assured of some low pings and little packet loss, but how do you get into this very different mod and not come out of it looking like a real newbie?

"Insta-Gib is an art my friend, and an art that is worthy of your learning."

Wiser words have never been spoken. But more than this you need to feel the rhythm of Insta-Gib, you need to be at one with the rail and the hook, find your inner railer and let the little fucker out, don't be afraid of what needs to be unleashed. Insta-Gib is a primal thing, medical research shows that brain activity of your superior Insta-Gibber is concentrated in the basal ganglea, the most animal like and instinctive center of the brain. So let the animal out, play on instinct, smell the fear of your opponents and hunt them down like terrified wilderbeast.

Limbo LAN Party: Gulpen, The Netherlands — 1998 and 1999

"Ze behoord (jammer genoeg) alweer tot het verleden, deze Limbo-netmeet van 11 t/m 13 december 1998 .... in Gulpen...Een geslaagde netmeet wel te verstaan .... met een perfecte opkomst (op 3 man na dan), een gezellig weerzien op vrijdagavond en een bijna niet te geloven samenwerking mbt het meesjouwen van beeldschermen, koffers, dozen en computers van "medemeeters". Een coooole sfeer zouden Abb en ik het willen noemen...."
