I first started this site in June 2001. At the time I mainly hosted various Quake 2 skins, which are still available for download today.

Meanwhile the RtCW test came out and I was hooked. When the full version came out, I immediately bought a copy. I believe I actually started hosting RtCW maps in December 2001. At first, there weren’t that many. Beginning in January 2002 I had plenty of storage space for my growing collection of RtCW maps thanks to a friend of a friend, but due to bandwidth issues that came to an end in October 2002. PlanetWolfenstein then came to my rescue in November 2002 by agreeing to host my site and I could not be more thankful!
